On December 31, 2013, Mr. Zhang Mingchao, the Chairman of HNCA, and Mr. Liu Jianbao, the vice Chairman of HNCA, paid a visit to BOC Henan Branch. They made a further discussion on overseas financing of HNCA with Mr. Qiu Wanqiang, the president of the branch.

On behalf of the branch, Mr. Qiu Wanqiang expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Zhang Mingchao and his delegation. He said, Bank of China excelled in foreign exchange transactions and international settlement business, and would enhance communication with HNCA in future, to lay the foundation of expanding business cooperation for the new year.

Mr. Zhang Mingchao said, “Sincere kindness, Win-win cooperation” was the business philosophy we had always been insisting. We hoped to work with the majority of financial institutions closely and improve the international air-cargo business jointly. Both sides had broad prospects and space for cooperation on business and development strategy.

After the discussion, the two parties promoted mutual understanding and both intended to seize the historical opportunity of building Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Economic Experimental Zone, to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and to contribute to accelerate the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone and the development of Henan province.
