BOC Luxembourg Branch Visted HNCA

On January 27, 2014, Ms. Zhou Lihong, the general manager of Bank of China (“BOC”) Luxembourg Branch, and her delegation visited HNCA. Mr. Zhang Mingchao, the Chairman of HNCA and Mr. Liu Jianbao, the vice Chairman of HNCA held talks with the visitors.  

At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Mingchao expressed welcome to Ms. Zhou Lihong and her delegation. He said, we really appreciated BOC’s support to HNCA in purchasing Cargolux’s shares. We would take this acquisition as a great opportunity to open the passenger and freight route between Zhengzhou and Luxembourg, and to promote bilateral economic, trade and cultural exchanges. We hoped BOC Luxembourg Branch would continue to support us as usual and we believed that the two sides would have a pleasant cooperation in the future.

Ms. Zhou Lihong said, BOC Luxembourg Branch was very honored to conduct business cooperation with HNCA. Luxembourg was located in the centre of Western Europe, with advantageous geographical location, and excelled in air cargo and ground truck logistics. It was a wise choice for HNCA to acquire Cargolux’s shares, for the business prospect seemed splendid. BOC Luxembourg Branch was pleased to assist HNCA in staring business in Luxembourg, and would supply investment guarantees, settlement, leasing and other services for HNCA.
